Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $525K in Cypress Lakes, Pompano Beach, FL.

Heather and Brian sold our house in Fort Lauderdale in 2 months. In a crazy market, that is fantastic, when other houses on our street still sit. We got what we wanted, too. They both have great business acumen, but it’s the little things that made them great:

1. THEY CALL AND TEXT BACK IMMEDIATELY 2. They know the market and gave us great advice when we needed to modify our business plan. 3. We received a weekly report from them summarizing the activity of the week and recommendations to move forward.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. I am 62 and have owned a dozen properties in my life. I have NEVER had more straightforward, proactive service out of an agent. I will use them again on a condo I’m going to sell in a year or so.
