Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.125M in Santa Barbara Estates, Pompano Beach, FL.

I highly recommend Heather to anyone who is looking for an exceptional Agent. I live in California and was looking for a vacation home in Ft. Lauderdale. I first made contact with Heather by an E-mail I sent through Zillow. She responded immediately and we set up a call to discuss my needs. From there on Heather took care of everything. Since I live in California, she pre-screened all the properties before I flew into Florida and she set up appointments for me to view all of the pre-selected homes. Because we were in such a time crunch, she worked with us through the weekend and 4th of July holiday in order to make sure we had all the information we needed. Heather continued to work with us over the following few weeks and on our second trip she found us the home of our dreams. She negotiated a much better deal than we anticipated and worked diligently with the selling agent to secure the property. Since I was back in California, she even did the walk through and took possession of the property for us. I would like to say the story ends there but she has been there for us even months after the close of escrow. Because we only use the home a few months out of the year, Heather set us up on a vacation rental program to generate income on the property. She personally oversaw the entire process, including all the contractors, interior decorator, pool service, landscaping, furniture and even the management company that will be taking care of property. I can’t stop raving about how great she’s been.
