Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $1.25M in Galt Mile, Fort Lauderdale, FL.

As a buyer in Lauderdale by The Sea. Heather was first introduced to me by a broker who knows my son Bruno. She was informed that I was an educated customer who always did a very thorough homework when buying or selling. Realestate is only second to my first passion for medicine. I have purchased and sold many properties over my 33 years in South Florida. Heather represented us in the purchase of a condo in Lauderdale By The Sea, where good properties do not last very long. The location was very desirable, across from AIA, with private access to the beach. Because they were already three potential buyers planning to take a second look, Heather freed herself immediately the day after I called her. We closed the deal on the spot! She saved me 10% on the purchase price by suggesting a 30% down payment. Way to go Heather! As a seller. In January this year, about six months later, my wife and I decided to sell our beautiful condo at l’Hermitage !, in Fort Lauderdale.. We purchased it pre-construction, for th elocation and the very best 24 hour panoramic views thrue South. We saw cruise ships leaved and airplane arrived through thousand of sunsets. I was not flexible on the price. Heather recommended that we add a Japanese Shoji wall to dreate a third bedroom. She convinced us to complete a powder room which we had used for storage. A thight schedule limited openings for visits and posed a challenge to her team. Still they were graceful and gentle about it.
