Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $500K in Hillsboro Shores, Pompano Beach, FL.

Over the past 15 years I have purchased no less than 30 residential properties through realtors in order to renovate and flip them. So my realtor experiences are many and varied. My intention in purchasing 3210 Dover Rd. was to repeat what I had done before. Heather, however, provided me an alternative to consider via referral to a vacation rental company which offered a higher and better use for the property which I would never have known about or considered. In addition, she hand-carried me through an assessment of the home’s problem areas such as flooring, a/c, roof, and a pool down payment transfer by previous owner to me. She also provided electrician, roofing, and general contractor referrals to me for interviewing. Beyond all this she helped immensely in the negotiating process to reach a mutually agreeable fair price. Lastly, is her professionalism.
